Tiffanie Lopatin is the founding Principal at Recruiter Consulting, LLC. Tiffanie has over 25 years of recruiting, management, and sales experience. She has worked in Executive Recruiting and Management for Fortune 500 companies including The Coca-Cola Company and Bank of America. She also worked for Region's Financial, where in addition to building and managing a sourcing/recruiting team, she was also an Executive Recruiter responsible for several key executive hires. Tiffanie founded Curtis Professional Search in 2005 and spent over ten years performing retained executive search and recruitment process consulting for her clients. It was during this time that she began working with candidates to teach them how to "tell their story" and put their best resume forward.
Tiffanie is a Certified LinkedIn Recruiter. She has also been certified in Behavior Based Interviewing. Tiffanie is a proud graduate of The Florida State University.
Tiffanie taught courses for TEN (Transitioning Executive Network) in Pinellas County FL and continues to teach LinkedIn workshops for candidates at Tampa Bay Job Links. She also teaches high school students resume writing and application skills during The Great American Teach In .
